Shipping policy
General Shipping Policy
All in-stock orders will be processed within 7 business days (M-F, except holidays). You will receive an email notifying you when your order has shipped. Some items in our store are marked as a Preorder item in the product title. Preorder items are not shipped until they arrive into our inventory and have received quality inspection. We will do our best to make sure that you are kept up to day on the ETA for those items, but given the global supply conditions, the date is not guaranteed. If in stock items and preorder items are mixed in an order, the whole order will not ship until the preorder items are available.
Please be sure to provide the correct shipping address or contact us immediately if your shipping address has changed since placing a pre-order. We are not responsible for items lost or delayed due to either incorrectly provided shipping addresses or mistakes/delays of the carrier (e.g. USPS). However, if you're experiencing an issue, we will always try to help as we can on our end.

Domestic Shipping
Shipping and Handling is calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
UPDATE: We are now offering shipping to Canada and Mexico. International Shipping transit times are typically between 1-4 weeks. If you need express shipping, please contact me. We are not responsible for any additional fees such as customs, duties, etc.
We do not offer international shipping at this time, except within North America. If you are interested in our products, please shoot us an email at littlemountcloth@gmail.com. The more interest we have the more we can invest in making your country available.
How do I track my order?
All orders contain tracking information which is provided to you when you receive your shipping confirmation email. It may take 24-48 hours for that tracking number to become active and show its location. If you have an issue tracking your package, please feel free to contact us and we will see if we can help.
